Remember....
This purpose of this competition is to help promote a lifestyle change. Please strive to lose weight in a healthy way that will be something you can feasibly do for the rest of your life. Starving yourself for 5 months in order to lose the weight and win the prize is NOT HEALTHY!!!!! PLEASE DON'T DO THAT!!!! Instead cut portion size or eat small meals 5 times a day. Don't cut every type of food you love out of your diet, that is not realistic. Allow yourself a treat now and then so you don't binge and completely fall off the weight loss wagon. If you are craving chocolate, eat a mini snickers, not a whole bar!!!

Healthy Tip of the Day!!!
*** A tip for today: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, don't skip it!!!!
If you are rushed in the morning, grab some fruit (orange, apple, banana), yogurt, and a baggie of cereal (Special K is a good brand) to eat while you are at work!! That way you won't be tempted to overeat at lunch!!
